We do not do refunds on returns unless there is a manufacturing default with the shoes. This does not pertain to any loose or broken embellishments.
  1. Log your return or exchange : To log a return please enter your name, email address in the contact form below & include your order number and the reason for the return in the message area. Please read our Returns & Exchanges policy to make sure you’re eligible for a return.
  2. Prepare the return parcel: Pack the product in its original packaging, and into a shippable box or other packaging to protect the products on for their return.
  3. Collection: Please contact your courier once we have approved the return.  Alternatively we can arrange a pick up from our side at the clients expense.
  4. Receive & Review: When the package arrives back at the warehouse, the items are inspected before the refund or exchange is authorised. This process can take 2-3 days (longer during high-volume periods).
    If the refund is approved, you will receive an email confirming that your money is on its way.Refund to your original payment method can take 1-5 working days to process, and may take an additional 2-3 working days to reflect in your account. Contacting us will unfortunately not speed up this process.

    If the exchange is approved, you will receive an email confirming your exchange order and we’ll start preparing the delivery.

    If your return does not meet the requirements and is rejected, we will get in touch and let you know why and to arrange to have the item couriered back to you.

Shipping on an exchange 

Please notify us if you would like to return a product for any reason. Should your return be accepted you will need to arrange for the product to be sent to the following address at your cost:

Alternatively, we can also arrange a pick up from our side at the clients expense.

We will cover the cost of sending the replacement shoe to you if a manufacturing default.
