So long as the product purchased is unworn and in 100% condition, we are happy to exchange for another item within 30 days of purchase/invoice.
The return delivery fee as well as the new pair/s delivery fee will be carried by the client.
If there is a manufacturing default with any item, we will replace within 6 months upon inspection of goods and proof of invoice.
We do not replace for general wear and tear such as broken beads etc. However we will gladly have an item fixed at the clients expense.
