
EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY
Please take careful note of our returns policy.
Exchanges & Refunds:
- Exchanges must be done within 14 days
from date of purchase. - Refunds must be done within 7 days from
date of purchase. - To be eligible for an exchange or refund, the
item must be unused and in its original condition. - The item must contain its original tags and
packaging. - A refund can only be processed once the warehouse has receives the item back into stock.
- You will be refunded according to your original method of payment i.e cash, EFT or the same card used for the purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, via the chosen payment method at check out and the funds will reflect within a certain amount of days.
Shipping on of exchange and refunds
Please notify us if you would like to return a product for any reason. Should your return be accepted you will need to arrange for the product to be sent to the following address at your cost: 306 Trafalgar Place, 67A Regent Road, Sea Point, 8005, Cape Town, South Africa.
Alternatively, we can also arrange a pick up from our side at the clients expense.
We will cover the cost of sending the replacement shoe to you if needed.
Once a return is received by us, we will asses the product and provide an exchange or refund as required.
